I originally left a 4-star review because my order arrived about a ¼-inch shorter than expected, and I hadn’t heard back from the seller for nearly a month. The boards themselves were gorgeous, I just wanted to troubleshoot the issue with the seller. However, after posting that honest review, I received a message offering a replacement only if I changed my review to 5-stars. This was followed by messages blaming a “new team member,” and then photos of how much profit the shop supposedly lost — which felt like an attempt to guilt me into backing down. As an Etsy seller myself, I’d never treat a customer this way. My issue wasn’t the product — it was the manipulation and unprofessional communication.
